Bare Minerals Makeup really does work!
Bare Minerals Makeup is high-end natural cosmetics made only of minerals without the unnecessary chemicals present in most traditional cosmetics lines. This makeup minimizes pores, is 100% made of pure minerals, light-weight, and has naturally occurring SPF 15. It is also dermatologist recommended and stays on throughout the day. I recommend this brand of makeup to those who want to maintain more of a natural appearance while wearing makeup. It is great for minimizing pores and diminishing fine lines and wrinkles.
Bare Minerals is perfect if you have ultra-sensitive skin because it is free of preservatives, fragrances, and artificial dyes. To make you feel a little more comfortable, I will also tell you that they have a diverse offering of foundation shades. From very fair-skinned Caucasian woman to the darkest ethnic beauty, they have a foundation to suit you. To compliment, they also have a diverse selection of mineral bronzers, eyeshadows, blushes, lip color and concealers. This truly is the “one-stop-shop” when it comes to mineral makeup because they have everything you need.
Bare Minerals Makeup Tips – Apply Foundation
Before applying bare minerals foundation, start by prepping the skin with Prime Time Foundation Primer to help keep your foundation on all day without wearing off. Next step is to dab a small amount of foundation onto the lid. Now swirl your foundation brush into the product (on the lid) and tap off any excess. Now start buffing the foundation powder onto the face, giving it a light-to-medium coverage. Don’t worry if you have oily or dry skin because the powder is creamy to the touch, so it is very moisturizing. The result is a ‘bare skin’ look and doesn’t look like a mask. If you want medium-to-full coverage, use the Handy Buki Brush to apply the foundation for fuller coverage.
The bare minerals foundation actually works as a concealer too, so if you have extra areas you want to conceal, use an application concealer brush to dab on the foundation to those specific areas and watch the dark spots disappear. You may assume at first glance that Bare Minerals is a powder, but it is actually a very creamy mineral foundation.
After applying the foundation you must apply the All Over Face Color for that healthy radiance and glow by buffing into the nose, cheeks, forehead and chin area. The next and final step is the Mineral Veil, which is a Finishing Powder. Feel free to use as many layers as you want throughout the day because it is very sheer. There you have it - now your foundation is flawless and complete with the coverage you need.
