Our women walked around with war stripes on their faces, which left a lot of us with fears about wearing blush. Remember when all of us walked around with reddish-orange complexions? Well not anymore! Because of the huge increase in Black beauty icons, cosmetic companies are expanding their lines to include our women with our specific needs in mind. I know it will help you gain more confidence in available products, as well as discover how glamorous you can be. I highly encourage you to have fun and try new things. Remember, practice makes perfect. It took me an entire month to learn how to contour my eyes. Talk about frustrating!
