Normal skin care regimen made easy

You’re one lucky devil! I (and many other women) would give anything to have a normal skin care regimen. You are extremely fortunate, but it’s still important to have a routine that is simple and effective. Because it is common for skin types to change due to the weather, hormones or stress, you may find yourself referring to other skin-type sections whenever you need to.

Products to have on hand

Cleanser – There’s no need for you to purchase a cleanser that fixes anything. Purchase a mild cleanser that will not strip your skin of its natural oils. This is excellent to have on-hand in case you ever experience dry skin because it will prevent your skin from feeling tight after cleansing. Make sure your cleanser leaves your skin feeling supple, and not tight.

Moisturizer – Use a light moisturizer that contains SPF 15 or greater.

Exfoliant –There’s no need to exfoliate. Your body’s natural process of shedding skin is happening on time, so you don’t need extra help from exfoliants.
*Exfoliant refers to a facial scrub that removes the dead layers of your skin to leave it feeling smooth, invigorated and healthy.

    Toner/Astringent – There’s no need to use a toner.
*Toner refers to a lotion designed to cleanse the skin and shrink pores, usually used on the face.

Treatment – If you have blackheads, you may want to consider using a clay mask formulated for your skin type once a week.
