Organic skin care - Commonly used chemicals to avoid
Whether you're interested in organic skin care, or you just want to purchase products that are more natural in nature, you should be aware of the poisonous chemicals that could potentially be present in those products. Remember, whatever you apply to your skin will be absorbed into your system and could possibly lead up to health problems in the future.
There are lots of items on the market that are advertised as being a part of the "organic skin care" group, but it is up to you to read the label to find out what exactly is included. If you come across a name that you cannot pronounce, research it first to find out what it is. If it's a preservative, then you're o.k. because it helps the product last longer.
